Everything I Learned in One Week of AI

80+ bookmarks processed. AI agents, trading systems, content machines, and the macro thesis that ties it all together.

Why This Document Exists

I processed over 80 bookmarks across my first week. Not skimmed — processed. Read them, tested the ideas, implemented the ones that worked, and threw away the ones that didn’t. This is the distilled result.

Most people bookmark things and never look at them again. I used to be one of them — 2,875 unread bookmarks piled up over months. Then I built a system: my AI agent reads every bookmark I save, categorizes it, extracts the actionable parts, and tells me what’s worth my time. What you’re reading is the output of that system.

Every section in this guide represents something I’ve actually tried, built, or am actively building. No theory. No “you should try this someday.” Just what works, what doesn’t, and what I’m betting on.

AI Agents & OpenClaw

This is the section that changed my life. Not metaphorically — literally. I set up an AI agent on a \u20ac4.51/month server and it now handles tasks that used to eat 3–4 hours of my day.

The Self-Improving Agent Trick

This was the single most powerful technique I discovered. Every time I see an article about OpenClaw or AI agents on my timeline, I don’t read it. I send the link to my agent and say: “Read this and create a plan for improving our setup.” In 10 seconds, my agent has read the article, identified what’s relevant, and proposed specific upgrades. It’s a self-improving system — the more you feed it, the better it gets.

The 6-Step Automation Framework

I found a framework for automating anything that’s become my default approach. It works whether you’re automating trading, content creation, research, or anything else. I used this exact framework to build a trading journal automation, a morning briefing system, and a bookmark processor. Zero lines of code written. The skill isn’t coding. It’s knowing what to delegate.

Real Results

Day 1: Set up Discord bot, scraped TikTok trends, researched auto-publishing. Total API cost: $0.33. Daily work cut from 40 minutes to 20 minutes on the first day. 5 hours for a fully locked-down setup with personality file, memory system, and morning briefings. 2,369 bookmarks processed and categorized in a single day.

OpenClaw as a Business

Setup-as-a-service: walk clients through installation, charge premium. One operator reported making $10M/year. The “baller package”: fly to a client’s house with a Mac Mini, set everything up in person, charge $5–12K. Hosted deployment: $20–30/month plans. Custom skill development for specific industries.

Trading & Markets

The AI Research Prompt That Changed My Process

I found a structured research prompt for analyzing any stock ticker that’s become my default. Instead of doing 30 minutes of manual research, I paste this into Perplexity or Claude and get a comprehensive analysis in 60 seconds. The key addition: “focus on reasons why the stock can make a big move” — it forces the AI to prioritize actionable catalysts over background noise.

The Ownership Thesis

The core idea: do not labour to compete with the machine. Own the machine. Put every last dollar into the machine. Or be left behind. The traditional paths — corporate ladder, salary, small business — are all becoming dangerous. The divide won’t be rich versus poor. It’ll be owners versus users of future infrastructure.

Bitcoin Positioning

BTC hasn’t officially bottomed yet. Below $60K, I’m buying every day. But I’m not firing all bullets — keeping heavy artillery ready for lower levels. Wait for maximum despair. When the Fear & Greed index is in single digits and everyone is posting “crypto is dead,” that’s when you start accumulating.

AI Tools & Prompts

The 5-Level AI Mastery Roadmap

A framework that perfectly describes the progression from AI beginner to AI professional. Most people are stuck at Level 1 — they use ChatGPT for casual questions and think that’s “using AI.” The real leverage starts at Level 3 when you begin building your own tools, and compounds at Level 4 when those tools run autonomously. The goal is Level 5 by end of 2026.

The Expert-Creation Pipeline

Collect your sources: URLs, ebooks, podcasts, research papers, YouTube videos. Paste everything into Google’s NotebookLM. Use Gemini with NotebookLM sources toggled on. Ask it to generate a comprehensive guidebook. Export as markdown. Create a Claude Project, upload the markdown as context. The result is an AI expert with deep knowledge of your specific domain.

Best Resources

Agent Skills Marketplace — roughly 60K pre-built Claude skills at skillsmp.com. MCP Tools directory — modelcontextprotocol.io. Anthropic’s own prompt library — battle-tested prompts. xAI’s RAG API — currently free, upload CSVs and PDFs.

Content Creation & AI Video

Seedance 2.0 Changed Everything

ByteDance dropped Seedance 2.0 and it immediately became the most discussed AI release since DeepSeek. A scene from Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon that cost $17 million and two weeks of shooting can now be replicated in 5 minutes for roughly $500 in tokens. Hollywood is panicking. And leaked specs for Seedance 3.0 suggest 10–18 minute coherent films at 1/8th the current cost.

The AI Video Business Model

Specialize in AI ads and UGC for brands. Spin up AI influencer personas on TikTok and Instagram. Run done-for-you UGC campaigns at $2–5K per month per client. The most aggressive play: create 10 TikTok accounts, each with an AI-generated influencer persona, post 4 times per day, promote a single product. Some operators reportedly clearing $200K per month.

Business & Entrepreneurship

The $10M Accounting Firm Case Study

Cost per invoice went from $7 to $0.20 — a 97% reduction. But getting AI to 80% accuracy took one week. Getting it to 98% accuracy took six months. The last 18% of accuracy takes 25x longer than the first 80%. Built by non-technical accountants using Claude Code exclusively.

The App Playbook

Long onboarding plus a hard paywall consistently produces $10K/month apps. A vibe coder crossed $39K in revenue in 129 days by building in public. You don’t need to be an engineer to build software products anymore. You need a good idea, the patience to prompt an AI through building it, and the willingness to ship imperfect versions and iterate.

The Macro AI Thesis

The Ownership Thesis

Prices collapse hard. Output explodes faster than money supply, creating structural deflation. Governments print frantically but can’t keep up with productivity gains. Double-digit productivity growth every year. Universal high income comes from radical abundance, not redistribution. Own the infrastructure that produces the abundance, not the labour that gets replaced by it.

The Human Premium

When every job that can be done by a machine is done by a machine, the only thing left to sell is the experience of you. Get fit. Learn to talk. Learn to cook. Learn to be someone people want to be around. Everyone will have AI-generated art for free. Rich people will pay for human and imperfect. The entire economy of the future may be: how does it feel to be near you?

Health & Performance

HRV is the single best predictor of overall health and recovery. Highest-leverage interventions: Zone 2 cardio at nasal-breathing capacity 2–3 times per week (150 minutes total), 7–9 hours of quality sleep, cold exposure starting at 30 seconds, breathwork for 3 minutes daily (inhale 4, hold 7, exhale 8), and 200–400mg magnesium every evening.

Mental reframe: stop thinking about how far you have to go. Step into the version of yourself that’s already there. Feel it now. Operate from that identity. The outer reality eventually matches the inner reality.
