These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aster Pilot AI trading agent service ("Service") operated by Panke ("Operator", "@astergod"). By submitting your API keys and paying the setup fee, you agree to these Terms.
Aster Pilot deploys autonomous DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) trading bots on your Aster DEX perpetual futures account. The bots execute trades according to predetermined strategies. The Operator configures, monitors, and maintains the bots on your behalf.
Specific risks include but are not limited to: adverse market movements, exchange downtime or failures, API connectivity issues, software bugs, liquidity gaps, and regulatory changes. The Operator does not guarantee any specific return or performance outcome.
Setup Fee: A one-time fee paid at onboarding. The amount depends on your chosen plan (Starter: $99, Pro: $249, Whale: $499). This fee is non-refundable once bots are deployed.
Performance Fee: A percentage of gross realized profits, deducted at the time profits are calculated (monthly). The percentage depends on your plan (Starter: 20%, Pro: 18%, Whale: 15%). Exchange trading fees are deducted before profit calculation. The performance fee applies only to profits — if no profits are realized in a given period, no performance fee is charged.
Monthly Minimum: $49/month OR the performance fee, whichever is higher. This covers ongoing infrastructure, monitoring, and maintenance costs. The monthly minimum is waived for the first month.
You are responsible for: creating and maintaining your Aster DEX account, ensuring sufficient USDT balance in your Futures Wallet, providing valid API keys with correct permissions and IP whitelisting, informing the Operator of any changes to your account or keys, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
The Operator stores your API keys on a secured VPS (virtual private server) with SSH key authentication, firewall protection, and encrypted storage. API keys are used solely for executing trades and reading account data. The Operator will never request withdrawal permissions.
You can revoke your API keys at any time through your Aster DEX account. Revoking keys will immediately stop all bot activity on your account.
Each client receives: a private dashboard showing live positions, P&L, and trade history; Telegram alerts for every trade execution; automated monthly performance reports; and direct access to the Operator via Telegram.
All performance numbers are calculated from verified exchange data. The Operator commits to correcting any errors in reporting promptly and transparently.
By Client: You may cancel at any time by revoking your API keys and notifying the Operator. Any outstanding performance fees for the current period will be calculated and due at cancellation. The setup fee is non-refundable.
By Operator: The Operator may terminate service with 48 hours' notice if: API keys become invalid, account balance is insufficient for trading, ToS are violated, or continued operation would expose the Operator to unreasonable risk.
Upon termination, all bots are stopped and no further trades are placed. Open positions remain on your exchange account and become your responsibility to manage.
The Operator is not liable for: losses resulting from market movements, exchange outages or failures, losses due to bugs or technical issues (though the Operator will make best efforts to prevent and quickly resolve such issues), losses from unauthorized access to your exchange account, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
The Operator's total liability shall not exceed the setup fee paid by the Client for the current service period.
The Service is a technical service, not financial advice. The Operator is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. Nothing in the Service or related communications constitutes a recommendation to invest, trade, or take any specific financial action.
The Operator may update these Terms with 14 days' notice via Telegram. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Material changes to the fee structure will not apply retroactively.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
